CAD/CAE产品与模具设计

鸿利达可接收各种格式的CAD产品图档,包括Unigraphics, SolidWorks and AutoCAD, 或Parasolid X_T, STP 和 IGS等格式,并为客户提供Unigraphics NX、Parasolid X_T 、STP格式的产品和模具图档。

模流分析

精密模具制作与注塑技术

我们提供多物料、液体硅橡胶、叠层模、薄/厚壁模、高效能多腔型精密模及嵌件模具,规格均符合国际标准。并自主研发有多物料转盘控制系统、液体硅橡胶(LSR)冷流道系统、适合工程研究用的快速模具。除此之外,我们还提供世界级一步法注拉吹(ISBM)解决方案。

In its production facility, robot assistance could be found almost everywhere, particularly in the complex de-molding process for LSR and thermoplastic elastomer parts and the immediate transfer of injection molded plastic parts to printing system.
